I am the owner of Deal Works, Marketing Director for Mendez & Sanchez APC and a Vice President at Statewide Funding. My work crosses law-firm growth, mortgage-platform development, marketing, process design, technology and nearshore operations.
That range is the point. It lets me see the relationships between growth strategy and the systems, people and execution required to support it. Deal Works is intentionally a one-person advisory relationship: clients work directly with me.
